🔏 BA are living in an alternate reality

where I travelled from Morocco back to strikey England with them on Saturday

Just one problem

I didn’t travel.
Check-in denied me access to the flight. Turns out payment - which had registered as a success - had actually failed to be taken, and they wouldn’t accept the same money.
So the reality is: I’m still in Morocco - and loving it tbf, but it comes at a cost, not least a Tui flight!
Let’s hope those BA payment systems are working now. It wasn’t just feedback, I want 💷 pls
